We approach the recruitment process from both sides. Firstly we listen carefully to the client to ensure we understand their requirements and the skills and qualifications they require. At the same time we select our candidates after a detailed interview process, to explore their experience, aspirations and scope for development.

Only after these processes have been completed and a solid match found, will we propose a candidate for an interview. If we can't find the right candidate then we will not send them for interview and waste your time.
